Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 16, 2025

By using Everytask, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Everytask Does

Everytask is a task management app that lets you:

  • Create and organize tasks
  • Connect with Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Slack, and Apple Reminders
  • Sync tasks across your devices

Your Account

When you create an account:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your password secure
  • You're responsible for everything that happens in your account
  • Tell us immediately if someone else accesses your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Connecting Other Services

When you connect Google, Microsoft, Slack, or Apple:

  • You're giving us permission to access specific data
  • Those services have their own terms - we're not responsible for them
  • You can disconnect anytime from Settings

Your Content

You own your tasks and data. By using Everytask, you let us store and sync your content so the app works. We won't use it for anything else.

What You Can't Do

Don't:

  • Use Everytask for anything illegal
  • Try to hack or break the service
  • Upload viruses or malware
  • Access other people's accounts
  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Harass other users

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Everytask running smoothly, but sometimes things go wrong. The service might be down for maintenance or technical issues. We'll do our best to give you notice when possible.

Important Legal Stuff

Everytask is provided "as is"

We can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. We're not liable for lost data, missed tasks, or other issues. Use it at your own risk.

We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us (which is currently $0).

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of major changes. Continuing to use Everytask means you accept the new terms.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us at support@everytask.app first. We'll try to work it out. If we can't, you agree to resolve disputes through the laws where Everytask operates.
